My Story

After several years of a long and successful career in the fitness, health and wellness industry, I have committed myself to improve the outcomes of the people I work with. Ultimately, it all comes down to learning to fall in love with yourself again and achieving optimum health and well-being. That’s why I take such a holistic, well-rounded approach to personal training. I am more than just a personal trainer, I am a lifestyle coach, I help you build better habits and optimise your lifestyle, I help you to change your mindset and I hold you accountable for the decisions you make which are going to help you back, I am there every step of the way to celebrate your wins and to help you overcome an move past your losses.

My Mission

I want to revolutionise food and fitness to help people like you be the best version of yourself, by helping you to make better food choices, develop better eating habits and engage in a physically active lifestyle. Through long-term consistent programming, training, accountability and support, I am committed to making sure you become the best you can be in health including mental health using nutrition and fitness as a tool to help you achieve your goals and sustain your success. Through my companies and businesses, I want to positively change the lives of 1 million people per week and I will achieve this by taking little steps, hitting minor milestones which will compound to greater success over time, and this is the principle in which I base my personal training service on.


I specialise in weight management. Helping people to achieve the weight they desire is such a massive reward for me whether it’s dropping a dress size, burning a bit of excess body fat or building muscle mass. I LOVE helping people to achieve their desired body. I help many people to lose weight and build muscle, I work with body builders and special populations.

As a qualified nutrition advisor, I am able to advise clients on appropriate diets to achieve their goals. Still, because of legal restraints, I do not prescribe diet plans or recommend any particular meals, diets, supplements, steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) or other nutrition/medical-related queries. Prescriptions fall outside my scope of practice however, I can offer guidance and general information on any of these topics. For more specialised advice on these topics. Any products I sell are without prescription or recommendation and come without warranty beyond the warranties offered by the manufacturers of said products.
